NEW TOILETS, CHANGING ROOMS AND FOOD & DRINK FACILITIES NOW AVAILABLE
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully arranged a membership with Crofton Albion social club. Part of this arrangement means that London Legend’s players will have access to the social club’s facilities on weekends.
Crofton Albion sports club is only 1 minute walk away from the home ground, so is easily accessible for parents on match days on training. This is a very exciting opportunity and we hope that all of our players take advantage of it.
The following facilities will be available to all legend players:
But the above all depends on COVID guidelines and the bar will not be opened until government guidelines allow it to do so.
We hope that this brings some peace to anyone worried about the use of facilities once football starts. We are continuing to find ways to make our Legends happy – we hope you see our vision too!
We are also working to bring facilities on Weigall Road Sports Ground and are currently discussing with the council to make this happen.
The new facilities can be found below.

London Legends previous goal-keeper for our under 16 Premier team, Monty Eldridge, has successfully managed to secure a spot at Bromley FC academy. Monty saved over 350 goals throughout his time with London Legends and I know that his team members were very grateful to have him as a team member throughout all of the seasons.
Monty has said he enjoyed his time with London Legends and wishes to come back as a goal-keeper coach for our younger players this upcoming season. We are very proud of Monty and see a bright future ahead of the Legend.

We are proud to announce that on 24 February 2020, in only three years of operating the club, London Legends F.C have achieved Charter Standard status, an accreditation given to those clubs recognised by the FA as being an excellent example of well-run clubs with fantastic offerings.
Below is a quote from the FA on what becoming Charter Standard means: “The FA Charter Standard accreditation is for clubs who can be proud to be places where people want to play. These are the clubs who demonstrate they offer well-run and sustainable football. Clubs who achieve Charter Standard status are proud to prioritise qualified coaching and safeguarding as well as the values of The FA’s Respect campaign as part of their game.”
We are very proud of this milestone we have passed, but we look forward to the many more upcoming milestones to be achieved.
